This is really all about taking care of you, because if you aren’t filling yourself up, how can you have anything to give others? It’s like being there for the person of your dreams, family, kids, or your friends. For example, when you’re driving your car and the gas light goes on; you need to get gas soon. If you’re running late and you still have 50 miles to drive; would you chance it? Of course not! You know you probably have only 20-30 miles until your car runs out of gas. Just like your car needs gas; you need to fill yourself up too. Filling up your tank of life, means doing things for yourself and taking care of you.

For years now it has deeply troubled me to see so many women suffering. Women going day in, and day out: trying to hide their struggles from the world. Women working themselves to the bone, with little left over for themselves emotionally.

In my line of work I teach and work with women on a daily basis. After hearing story after story of women struggling so much in all areas of their lives, and needing help improving self confidence. I knew it was up to me to do something about it.

Don’t get me wrong. I know there’s happiness in all of our lives. But, I know there is much more happiness that is possible for all of our lives. Improving self confidence in a women not only changes the course of her life. It also changes the course of every life she touches. Whether it be her husband, boyfriend, children in her life, friends, co-workers, and or family.

So, do you ever have moments where you sit there and feel like something is missing? Moments where you wish someone would swoop down and give you a helping hand? I can relate to you all because I have been there in my life. I remember a time in my life I had not believed in myself. Not until I began improving my self confidence in myself.

My husband Dr. Dan and I made it our mission to help people all over the world. You see we have struggled through life, and out of that struggle came a deep purpose to find the answers, the secrets to living a happy and fulfilling life together. Which my husband Dr. Dan calls “The RockStar Secrets to Life!” Now we are teachers and want to share all of our knowledge and “RockStar” life lessons with others.

My husband Dr. Dan came up with the greatest idea of relating ourselves to RockStars. It’s about, being a RockStar in your life and making the world your stage. But, as a woman, I like to joke and refer to it as being a Diva in your life. Being a Diva whom masters her life. Allow my husband Dr. Dan to explain what being a RockStar is all about:

“We are all born RockStars. Think about it, even before you are born they throw a party for you. They take pictures of you and video while you are in the womb like the paparazzi! When you are finally born, everyone comes to see you. All the family and friends come to the hospital just to get a peek at us. Then everyone wants to hold us, kiss us, play with us. We get all the love and attention. Then somewhere down the line when we start school we are told to get off the stage and sit in the crowd of other former RockStars. Some of us sit in the front row (the popular kids) and some of us are sent to the nosebleed seats (far back). But we never lose our RockStar spirit. Its just pushed so far down we forget about it.”

I know that each woman can awaken that again! Come out of retirement and put a big smile on your face! Have fun! Truly cherish yourself as, a women! And Be the RockStar and or RockStar Diva in Your Life That You Were Born to Be! And, incase you are thinking being a RockStar is too masculine. Then be the Diva who masters her life.
