Stress Reducer Secret Revealed- Eliminating Stress without Drugs! View Comments

Stress is an emotion that most people try to escape from.  But can you really escape from stress, or why would you want to?  Is stress really bad for us, or does it serve a purpose?  With all the demands in life, like work, family, parenting, relationships, and marriage, of course we will feel some stress.


Stress is defined as pressure and tension the body is experiencing, it’s a physical strain on your mental and physical body.  Their are some big misconceptions when it comes to stress.  Most people want to get away from it and find a really good Stress reducer or some kind of quick fix to remedy it.  Of course we want to get away from stress with a nice stress reducer, because it doesn’t feel good to be stressed out, and I don’t know too many people who like to feel bad.


I don’t recall hearing anyone saying, “I want to feel bad today, or I feel bad today and it’s wonderful.”  Most people desire to feel good and have those warm fuzzy feelings.  Of course we all know it’s close to impossible to feel absolutely wonderful every moment of the day, but it is possible to feel happy way more often than you are currently feeling it now.  Happiness is your birthright so don’t you think it’s about time you reclaim that happiness, and find a way to let go of so much of the negative stress you are feeling each day?


In my opinion it’s time to throw out the stress reducer pills, lotions, and potions, because I truly believe stress in some doses can be, a very powerful tool in your life.  This is a very radical opinion since most opinions point to stress being very bad for your health.  Stress like all other emotions server a purpose.  It’s a signal that your body is trying to send you that something is not on track in your life.

Imagine your life for a moment.  Is there an area of your life where you feel a lot of stress?  What is that stress trying to tell you?  Perhaps you have been taking stress reducer pills and haven’t really worked through your stress?  The stress you are experiencing has a lesson hidden inside.  If someone is stressed about his or her job, then perhaps the message is, it’s time to step up and find a career that you love.  If a mother is stressed about her children, perhaps the message is, to connect with her kids on a deeper level.

You see stress is a message, not to be feared or pushed away with stress reducer medications.  When you feel stress, do your best to look at it in a new light.  There are many great stress reducers that increase your personal power, and balance your heart and mind together.  I truly believe a stress reducer like this is what everyone need’s, it’s exactly what I teach to everyone.  We don’t need to be medicated 24/7 just to get through the day, we just need better tools to soar in our lives.

Obviously for legal reasons I must warn you to consult with a physician before stopping any prescribed medications.

With the constant challenges and high amount of responsibilities at work, it’s no wonder why so many people have high levels of office stress.  You wake up at the crack of dawn, drive in rush hour traffic, and work all day with so many responsibilities. Emails, phone calls, meeting, reports, and so much more. I’m probably stressing you out even more right now just talking about it.  This is just how it is in our modern world we live in today.  Office Stress is so common, and most will never learn how to overcome it and use it to work for them. Yes, you heard me correctly. Stress is a very powerful tool if you use it correctly.

A great stress reducer for office stress is a lesson we like to call, “fill up your tank of life.”  When you’re working so hard and experiencing office stress, it is essential that you take care of yourself each and every day.  If you don’t take time out for yourself, you won’t have anything left to give, to your work, or anything else for that matter.

As a stress reducer, we make a point to do simple things that fill up our tank of life.  I love things like hot baths, short 5-10 minute guided meditations, 10-45 minute yoga session, breath-walks, going running, get a message, watch a funny movie, or play with my kids. These are great stress reducers. All those things take little time and help me to relax and take a break from the busyness of the day.  These tools helps to ease stress and puts emotions back in order, it does wonders as a stress reducer and is one of the best stress reducers you could imagine.

There are so many ways to reduce office stress and stress at home, but this is one of the most simplest ways to eliminate and take control of that bad stress in your life.  When I don’t do these things for a few days, I know I begin to feel overwhelmed and I have a harder time taking care of everything I need to do that day.

Do yourself a favor and start on your path to reduce stress, the bad stress in your life. Whether it be office stress, or stress at home. Do something nice for yourself today, relax, and breathe and fill yourself up today!  See what happens with such a simple stress reducer technique. These tools have worked for thousands of years and are a great stress reducer and stress reducers in today’s day and age.

Stress No More – Using Your Intuition as a Stress Reducer View Comments

Stress is a common word these days, a word that most of us feel.  It has become socially acceptable to be stressed out all time.  And people are now seeking a stress reducer or stress reducers to help them.  I have found that most people are seeking a quick fix stress reducer.  We are a culture that wants quick results.  It’s no wonder that we would want a quick stress reducer that makes us feel blissful now, and we don’t want to wait for it.

The problem with quick stress reducers is that most of them involve medication or some type of intoxication. Whether it be intoxicated by drugs or alcohol. And it doesn’t matter if they are prescribed or what society calls illegal recreational drugs. They are all the same thing. Why do you think happy hour is so popular?  To be honest I don’t really think the people who go to happy hour, are really all that happy.  What do you think? Have you ever seen people at the so-called happy hour at bars? They may have fun for about an hour or two, but what happens when that high wears off?  I’m sure most of us can relate, many of us have been there, and done that. Some continue to do this into their forties, fifties, and even sixties.

In yoga there is a constant encouragement to use your own intuition.  Intuition is learning to trust in yourself, to trust in your personal power.  We all have that voice in the back of our head, the voice that is always speaking to us, trying to give us helpful advice.  Most people are out of practice when it comes to trusting ourselves, so we ignore the voice of our intuition.

You must take control of your life! Stop relying of stress reducers or stress reducer quick fixes that don’t really fix anything.  Be a RockStar in your life now! As RockStars we live life to the fullest, we don’t ignore our stress or challenges in life, instead address them as they come, and move on powerfully.  A RockStar in life knows to trust in his/her intuition, because that voice is a big key to living life like a RockStar and making the world your stage.

One of the most powerful stress reducers is that voice, your intuition.  Allow yourself to hear the voice within you.  Allow yourself to receive the answers you need to overcome stress, challenges in your life, or depression.  When you finally listen to your intuition, you will find it knows exactly what you need.  It is one of the best stress reducers and stress reducer techniques you will ever find, it doesn’t cost a thing, you don’t need a doctor to prescribe it to you, and you don’t need to intoxicate yourself with harmful pills, drugs, or alcohol to discover it.

How to Conquer Your Stress – Stress Reducer Secrets Revealed View Comments

With all the responsibilities we have in the modern world we live in, it’s no wonder most people are seeking a stress reducer or stress reducers.  With the increasing roles that men and women have to play, everything from businessman/women, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, dad, mom, etc., it can cause extra stress and pressure to fulfill each role in life.

When you look at the way we live our lives in today’s age, it has changed at a very rapid pace than any other time here on Earth.  We have so much technology, we hoped it would make our lives easier, but it seems as if it has made our lives more stressful and at a faster pace. In just the last 100 years we experience more in just 1 month than our ancestors did in their entire lifetime!

There are many stress reducers, many paths to easing the pressure you feel.  Many of the stress reducers or stress reducer techniques promoted in the main stream are medication based.  To be honest, I totally disagree with this kind of stress reducer.  When you medicate yourself, you are not only ignoring the real issues, which lie inside of you, but you are numbing the feelings that is needed to be fully experienced.  What I have found is most people whom take stress reducer mediations only find themselves in a deeper stress, depression, or worse.

We encourage people to face their stress.  When you feel stress, this is a signal that something needs tending to.  The stress is trying to help give you hints that what you are doing isn’t good for your life, and you must look within yourself and make adjustments.  When you continue to ignore stress or depression, it keeps on building up.  Unresolved issues can begin to affect other areas of your life, parts of your life that you thought didn’t relate at all.  This is because stress is something we experience in the internal world.  The internal world colors the outer external world that we experience.  So it would make sense to look inside when you aren’t living the life you desire.

In our life we like to refer to ourselves as RockStars.  We like to live life like RockStars and make the world our stage.  I believe every person has their own inner RockStar and being a RockStar in life your life means you don’t ignore your stress.  You don’t use medications as a stress reducer or stress reducers, or ignore your stress.  Instead, a RockStar in life addresses his or her stress, understands that it is happening for a reason and a purpose, and there is a great lesson to be learned. Now, Obviously speak to a physician before you decide to stop medications.

Stress Relief Exercises The RockStar Way! View Comments

I know I touched a little on this subject in one of my last posts where I talked about being like a rubber band. This time I am offering some tips to deal with stress. Stress relief exercises if you will.

The only thing is I don’t like to say deal with stress because then it sounds like this is something that one must deal with. But you are not supposed to deal with stress. That’s like saying you need to deal with this breathing thing. Which sounds kinda funny doesn’t it. You don’t need to deal with breathing or stress. It is part of life. It is part of nature and what must happen for you to move forward in your life. To follow the path you have chosen. Maybe I wont go that deep into this here, since that would be another whole book, and I’m not ready to write another one just yet. It is a lot of fun to write, It’s just the editing process that is less than desirable for me. Its like pulling teeth! Actually its not, or at least I wouldn’t know since I have never had my teeth pulled out.

So if I were to recommend any stress relief exercises they would consist of learning the lessons from what the stress is trying to teach you. Look at it. reflect on it. Maybe even write down in a journal what can I learn from this? Just make sure to not write down something like, “I learned that I am a loser!” That’s not a good thing. We will go over self-bashing another time.

But another great stress relief exercise is to get out of the house or office and go for a walk in nature. Whether it be a close by park, or the ocean. Even if its only for 10 minutes. That’s good enough. These are great ways to allow the stress to take it course; it’s one of my favorite stress relief exercises. It also helps to bring some relaxing or creative flowing music. Something like Enya or one of my wife’s favorites is Sat Nam Kaur. I use her music when I need some creative juice. You can even get some flowing music at stores like Target now. Anyways, you get the idea. Now go out and do it!

Be a Rubber band!

Ok, I dont really know what made me think of writing about being a rubber band ball? But you gotta admit that it is kinda catchy…

What I mean by being a rubber band is quite simply this: The more you stretch yourself, the more you grow! The more you grow, the more you move forward in your life. In this life game as I like to call it.

Because if you arent moving forward and not growing, then you are doing what? Yes, the opposite of growing is dying! And I am assuming you dont want that to happen, right?

So make sure to keep moving forward, even when time feel tough or hard. Because that is when the real growth comes in!
