This is really all about taking care of you, because if you aren’t filling yourself up, how can you have anything to give others?  It’s like being there for the person of your dreams, family, kids, or your friends.  For example, when you’re driving your car and the gas light goes on; you need to get gas soon.  If you’re running late and you still have 50 miles to drive; would you chance it?  Of course not!  You know you probably have only 20-30 miles until your car runs out of gas.  Just like your car needs gas; you need to fill yourself up too.  Filling up your tank of life, means doing things for yourself and taking care of you.
